Who is teKKss?
The "KK" in teKKss is for Kevin Kelly. I have over 35 years of working in the Insurtech space. This has taught me that development is expensive and never fast enough to keep up with sales and customer demand. Dev is critical. What is the difference?
What makes teKKss unique is that I am partnered with multiple firms offering dev outsourcing. My typical business model is where the employee you select will only work for you. Your resource will not be rotated or shared with other clients. They are all yours. Once I have your requirements, I will locate available resources matching your needs. I will then make the introduction for you to conduct an interview. When you have selected the candidate that best fits your needs, we will hire them and make them all yours. The partner resource I use will handle all HR functions, taxes, health insurance, etc. all you need to do is let them know what you want them to do. It is so easy. It is what you need!
